À partir d’un travail sur la question de l’entre-deux, étayé par une réflexion clinique autour d’un patient atteint du VIH ici appelé Victor, il est pro- posé de penser la question de l’indifférence sexuelle et générationnelle. En lien avec la construction identitaire, la question de l’entre-deux dans sa dimension narcissique et son rapport à l’Idéal, notamment au travers des notions de honte et de culpabilité, sera développée. La réflexion théorico-clinique vient s’appuyer sur des séances de psychodrame mettant en scène des hippocampes, des hommes violents et enfin un petit loup : parcours chaotique, mais thérapeutique, menant peu à peu et pas à pas de l’indifférenciation violente à la différenciation apaisante.

Abstract: In this paper, the question of the in-between situation is addressed through a clinical consideration of a patient with HIV, called Victor, who helps us think about the issue of sexual and generational indifferentiation. In conjunction with the construction of identity, the question of the in-between situation will be developed in its narcissistic dimension and its link with the Ideal, particularly through the notion of shame and guilt. This theoretical and clinical consideration is based on psychodrama sessions featuring hippocampus, violent men and finally a little wolf: a chaotic course, however therapeutic, starting with violent indifferentiation and leading to a soothing differentiation.
